When I found out I would be shooting Jen and Marco's wedding I was excited. When I found out their wedding would be in New York City I started doing cartwheels. As my career has progressed, I've gotten more and more opportunities to use my craft for seeing the world and capturing people's stories. This is awesome. I'm extremely fortunate to have these opportunities and can't wait see where my photography takes me.
Marco is born and raised in the Upper East Side in Manhattan and will be taking Jen's hand in marriage Friday, May 20th in the Conservatory Garden in Central Park (stay tuned). I brought out my buddy and incredible photographer, Brian Mallik to come shoot with me and he nailed it... as usual. We planned to shoot around the Brooklyn Bridge and started off in the "DUMBO" area of town (Down Under the Manhattan and Brooklyn Underpass). Even Marco who was born in raised in this city had never been there! We started there and hit the Brooklyn Promenade which had amazing views of Manhattan. We finished at Grand Central Station and had an amazing time.
Jen and Marco are not only beautiful people but they have incredible chemistry together. They truly made our job's easy. I am so thankful for the chance to capture their wedding day and this awesome engagement session a couple days before. Their wedding on Friday will be one to remember so stay tuned!
